Hi everyone, interview for entry level Allstate claims position. Should I take it being 3 business days since my final interview and no offer. The interviewer said to give it a week and that she was gna give my info to hiring manager to review, but I thought she was the hiring manager since this was the 2 interview outside internal recruiter interview. i sent a thank you email the day after. But i don’t know i thought it was a good interview. Allstate

I can’t speak from personal experience but I had a close friend who left my old ID firm (an infamous sweat shop) to go carrier in house handling PIP for the promise of no billables and better balance. He said it was easily 10x worse, which is hard to believe. He had literally hundreds of cases he oversaw so he didn’t have to bill, but was buried and so miserable. He also took a big pay cut. I’d do a lot of research and talk to people at the carrier you’re considering before you do it.
There are a lot better carriers to work for. Liberty has high turnover. Progressive tends to hire PIP attorneys on occasion and they certainly pay better than Liberty
