Thoughts on PMP? Anyone have PMP and CPA?

I have 4.5 yrs of work ex and joining as ACON at KPMG. Will I get promoted to CON in next cycle i.e October 2023 or so I have to wait until October 2024?

I’m in IT in a large corp and I don’t know what to do. I’m the systems engineer and I planned around what I thought was a straight forward concept. It appears what I thought would be possible was wrong. Everyone celebrated thinking I’d figured it out, including me. Were spinning up a full team to build it and I’ve exhausted all avenues to find an alternative solution. There isn’t. Horrified this is a career limiting situation….

Tomorrow, I know I will be asked to continue pushing forward with pre planned campaigns that upsell products and services that to groups already in dire straits.
