As a sales rep I’ve seen all of them present and I can tell you Slalom is rock solid as is simplus. RelationsEdge is sound from a PM perspective but doesn’t get invited to the table much because they don’t present as well. they’re quick and inexpensive.
I’d think Simplus or Slalom would pay best
I've worked at both places and can say that Slalom is a much better place to work. The people at both places are good, but slalom has a focus on culture and their people. Relationedge will say they have training time but in reality it is a non stop push to Bill clients even if it's not the right solution for the client.
RelationEdge would be a great option. Just keep in mind that as a mid size parter, you'll interact with the types of companies they can support: mid and small market. Slalom is in a different league supporting upper mid market and enterprise clients. The complexity of projects and experiences you'll get at Slalom would be better from a career standpoint (in my highly biased opinion!). Also keep in mind, RelationEdge might place you at locations where you have to travel Monday to Thursday and hotel.
Worked at Slalom in the past. Great people and great company. Missed the people there. You’ll have a good time and able to have a sustainable work life especially if you’re on the local team. Good luck!
Is Slalom that much below Big 4? You could go local or national at Slalom with a good chance of being 50% or below on travel.
