Our company is a small company with 80-100 employees in India, what the company does is ask us to track every single minute of our day, from getting into the office to what time we got up for lunch, tea, etc. for everything we have to put a log, do you guys think this is a healthy process for a company to grow? My scenario is i have decent offer but i dont like to join there because of location issue and im looking for jobs in new tech where i have less exp.

Considering this even though if i have less knowlege and if i perform a decent interview process will i get offers at the last moment?Is the offers during the late notice is given based on as he can join early even his performance is average during interview. Pls share
