Time to resign?
After volunteering for 10 month, new management is trying to change my schedule. A family member recently became the covering manager for Wednesday and the top manager is not happy about it. I made it clear I have other priorities. I'm now being told not to go in my scheduled day. This is a charity which cause I care deeply about but am now being pushed away. I discussed with the church leader's and though they agree this is not appropriate they refuse to confront her.

Hooked up with my ex today. Something about the holidays really tends to bring out my self-destructive tendencies.

I had two technical rounds in tcs last month and now I have got the offer letter from tcs.

But I found one thing unusual that I did not have any salary negotiation call neither any hr round.

They released offer letter directly on ibegin portal with 60% hike on my current ctc .

Should I consider this as a fake recruitement.

Please let me know your thoughts.

In the last two year I’ve gotten more and more into alcohol free beer. The selection in my country (Europe) is still small and mainly driven by the big brands (e.g. Heineken). My idea is to start my own small brewery which only produces alcohol free beer as a bit of a pendant to the booming local craft beer industry.
