At what age as an EA did you marry, if at all? I find myself devoted to my career which leaves little time for a romantic relationship, especially during Covid. Hoping there is some balance to be found in this role!

We are a firm of 5 transactional attorneys and the bonus structure is very unclear. The usual “based on personal performance and firm profitability” language. I wonder how this is calculated in general. What is the percentage bracket of the bonus? Assume it is a high performance 9+ year attorney and the firm is profitable (even with COVID). I just received an offer from BNY Mellon, and as per their terms and conditions mentions BNY can solely decide to reject or not accept our resignation letter, even though the notice says 60 days? Is it even legally allowed?
