Feeling lost in my career (10 yoe, 9 in consulting). Anyone feel this before and how did you get through it (career coach, books, etc)?

I have around 1 year of experience in Java and total 5.5 years in total.

I got a lead role in a company with good package.
The role is of java fullstack, microservices.
I studied hard on spring boot and microservices but my hands on experience is less.
Would I be able to survive,I am a quick learner and deliver projects on time....but first time switching so asking.

Are there any roles at Google that would consider someone coming from Private Equity Ops (with consulting background) or is that too far removed? About to take a PE position but would like to know if it hurts my chances at moving to Big Tech one day - thank you

I got an offer from Infosys. My manager says they will retain me by providing the same offer what I got in Infosys, i have put my resignation and my manager is calling me on weekly basis and saying that he is talking with senior leadership. I am in self-contained. Our students are never sent home even tho they are obviously ill. Only projectile vomiting sends a student home.
