Trial packing question: I have a short bench trial coming up. We will be prepping witnesses in the evenings after trial. Should I prepare to wear my suit for those preps, or do people like to get comfier since they can go late? The other two people on my trial team are men, and I’m new to the firm, so I feel weird asking. TIA!

There are no projects & my PSP told me to get allocated into AX 2012 which is an older versiom of the ERP software.
I got an automated mail today saying:

Will I be forced to resign if I do not join a random project?

I suffer from depression. Currently on 150mg Venafaxcine. It seems my depression is worse in the day and I come alive at night. Has anyone experienced this with or without Venafaxcine?
