Trying to have my Navy discharge status changed but having a difficult time requesting medical records from 35yrs ago since I was transferred from hospital at basic training in Ft Lauderdale to Naval hospital in Norfolk, VA and don't know the names of either of the hospitals. Can't proceed without them don't know where to inquire.

Can I apply infosys after 6 months after rejecting their offer ? Should I use a new Email ID?

N.B.
I have rejected the offer due to parental COVID infection on middle of second wave. I need a long leave which may not be possible while serving notice period. Informed and mailed HR with proper documents.HR accepted the same politely.
