What’s the avg years of experience in digital marketing to warrant a director title/salary?

Is it ok to keep switching careers for every 3-4 years? I am interested in so many different things and I want to work on them. Does my compensation kind of stagnate when I switch careers often?

I'm SHRM-SCP certified and I have been interested in the total rewards or compensation side of HR. Do you think that getting the CCP certification is a good investment? I've seen many Total Rewards open positions but I feel I don't have the necessary experience. Any advices?

I have an internal transfer offer to FDD but am also interviewing with PWC. Does it make sense to leverage the fact that I already have an offer in my PWC interviews? My thinking is it could be a pro to show one firm already thinks I am a good candidate for FDD coming from audit, but I know my internal transfer salary is way lower than what I would be offered by PWC so don’t want to unintentionally open that can of worms and lowball myself.

What are those companies who don't haggle much during salary negotiation and offers a fair amount from their end?

My query is I am eligible for 75k LTA and now I entering that amount on portal it not allowed me to enter .. continue showing error pop up say basic of HRA 5%

I am not understand that message. I entered my housing rent on portal..

Is the HRA and house rent factor in salary are the same.

And LTA is depend on HRA amount.

I recently received a job offer at a new company (!!) but I'm only 6 weeks away from being fully vested at my current company (which has a policy where you need to make it to three years or you don't get to keep any of the company's contributions).
