Two plaintiffs filed a complaint against my client both asserting they were sexually harassed and wrongful termination. This seems improper to me, in that the jury will be confused into considering the evidence of alleged misconduct solely relating to Plaintiff 1 when considering whether the threshold for liability is met for Plaintiff 2-and vice versa. What is the mechanism for breaking up the suit into 2 separate suits?

Now one manager who interviewed me reached out that there is a training material developer project which will start on 20 nov for Oracle timeline is 2 months only and SAP projects are in pipeline there was one coming but no guarantee if its final and if it has to come it will be in this month because in dec new projects do not onboard. I just finished a big jury trial with a senior partner (SP). There were co-parties w/separate counsel. SP mentally checked out, to the point that co-counsel was asking what SP was doing/if SP was okay. I ended up handling most everything. SP did a few parts but went rogue and did things that were offensive/risky/bad for client. It became clear that SP is not performing like SP used to and may be a liability. Do I tell someone at my firm? Don’t want to offend SP or cause drama, but I’m concerned.

MIS Junior here. Should I graduate next May and start working or get my Masters in MIS and have 1 more internship? I have had two internships already (Business Analyst & QA/Automation Scripting) and I am interning in Cyber this summer at a Top 10 firm. Should I get my masters and try to intern with b4/MBB in cyber consulting or just graduate next May?

A quick note about what I’ve experienced, in my decade long career, is the real advantage of MBB or FAANG - it gives you a shot at stretch roles that are outside your expertise. Not all the time or even most of the time compared to better candidates with specific experience for the role but gives you this wildcard shot at a vast array of opportunities.

I’ve been working at a rather prestigious midsized firm in a big city for almost a year and a half now. I have been having a lot of trouble picking up work from senior partners. We are required to bill at least 150 hours per month to meet our requirement. My months are typically only 110-130 hours. It seems like the senior partners already have their “go to” associate for things. Does anyone have any suggestions on how i can increase my workload? I reach out for work pretty much weekly.

Starting to feel I don’t like litigation. Third year. I’m not excited about winning an argument or destroying the other party’s arguments. But the current market doesn’t seem to favor a transition.
