Does salesforce HR negotiate salary?
I have an initial recruiter phone interview with Square Thursday. Is it it just a phone call or is it a video call and they didn’t specify. If it’s a video call what’s the dress code like? I’m coming from consulting so all my interviews were in suits. Any tips to get past the recruiter phone screen?

Kearney - don’t overthink and congratulations!
Kearney. Why are you even thinking?

Have never heard of Roland Berger in the US — we don’t consider them our competitor here
It’s given to pretty everyone who applies as long as you are a mid to high performer and land admission to a top school. Dm for details. We obviously see your talent and culture fit for Kearney. I wouldn’t think it twice, hit the Sign button for big K.
Sponsorship isn’t hard to get (certainly much easier than at RB in North America). In the US, would go Kearney easily.
Roland Berger is very strong in the US for automotive, energy / sustainability and Chemicals. Lots of M&A and strategy focus. If any of these are interesting, do RB. Kearney is stronger for operations and likely for a breadth of other industries. You may functionally be happier at RB, but industry wise happier at Kearney. Neither are well known outside consulting circles (Tier 2) so your exit opportunities will be similar.

From my vantage point, I think Kearney’s better known outside consulting circles. I’ve had two industry jobs since I left consulting and Kearney had engagements with both companies, but not Roland Berger
That one German clown named Kevin who now lives and works in Communist China has permanently left a bad taste on RB for me

If staying in the US, go for Kearney.
This is really obvious in the US. Kearney
Question I would have for Kearney is how much of T&T is transaction and how much is transformation - are you going to be doing DDs or PMO type work to prepare for carve outs. Both would fit in the description, but are extremely different kinds of work.
Rising Star
So many DDs, much lighter pmo work. The amount of DDs we do is crazy honestly (i try to avoid DDs where possible, can be tough to dodge sometimes)
Roland Berger is in the US?
Last I heard they had a handful of offices and were focused on auto and chemicals, but was a few years ago.
