USAA vs Citi Work culture.
I got a job offer from both companies to work in their audit team. Both offers are comparable (after me negotiating). I’ve looked at reviews for both companies on Glassdoor and it’s a mixed bag. I’m conflicted which offer to accept. I’m trying to stay away from bad culture if I can help it. I’m reaching out to the community to give me some insights into the culture at both companies specifically in their audit departments. My role is sort of niche so can’t share that.

I took a temporary job as an attorney advisor at the SBA this past fall b/c it offered a regular paycheck, and my solo practice was suffering b/c of the pandemic. I like the work. I like working from home. Anyone have any insight into the possibility of this temp job becoming permanent. Did the SBA hire you permanently when your temp position ended? How did that happen?

I interned at a large 3PL last summer and it led to a full time offer as a operations supervisor. I am supposed to start this June but for some reason I'm not sure if I am on the right track.
