What are your thoughts on paying PMI on a mortgage? I’m looking to buy a house in a year or two that are $300k. I have about $80k in cash and don’t know if I should continue building up my cash reserves and put 20% down or push more to retirement. Recently tried to buy series-I bonds from the fed and they refused to allow me to open an account without getting a notarized form with my address on it. They say it’s a 13 week processing time, which really pisses me off. Two questions:
