Want to understand how does one perceive a 3 year employment gap with 4 years experience otherwise. The employment gap is fulfilled with 2 online courses but its only been 3 years because no one is giving a chance mostly because the profile wants to switch to a different role and industry and hence a fresher in this context and has a gap. But why can't one find themselves lost in their profession in their early 30s, take time off to figure out? The complete silence in the market is terrifying.

I owned a business for 6 yrs and had a B2C sales role for 3 yrs after (not SaaS). I’ve now been a B2B2C Key Account Manager at a Fitness Tech scale up for 6 mos and would like to be making more $ so am considering applying to other B2B SaaS companies. I currently own the entire (long) sales cycle from prospecting to account management. I’d like to stay in a similar role in another company. Will I have a difficult time landing an SDR/BDR, AE or CSM role elsewhere? I’m a 48 yo female.

Hi guys, I have got one full time job for 14LPA from 10.5LPA in Coforge for BA role. On the other hand, I have one more offer for Canada and the job is on 2 years contract basis with 80k CAD per annum where I have to sign 2 years agreement as well that I can’t back out once I get the offer.
