Received an offer as Engagement Director from Salesforce (CSG, pre sales, L9). Great benefits package, 40% increase in total comp and better WLB.
I do love the people in my practice and current client, but career trajectory has stalled after taking parental leave earlier this year and (yet another) change in leadership.
Realistically, making to Director is 2-3 years away and will require sacrificing time with my family that I am not prepared to give up.
Should I stay or should I go?

Option 3. You are still young and come back to big 4 if the startup doesn’t work out.
What healthcare startup?
Congrats! Agree with others - check out the startup!

PwC is also a good option. Would go with the brand name if I were you, but you were young. What is your sector interest? Automaker is a dying sector so not a great alternative.
Coach
Autos are literally in a bull market right now... future will be different but it’s not dying
Is this a joke? Option 3 without a doubt. Don’t go back into consulting.
Depends on what your future goals are

Healthcare startup. Easy decision
Congrats option 3.
Pwc is a great place to grow. Your salary will rise quickly, you will get training and in 5 years time be a SM earning 160 plus. Don't make a decision on money this early in your career, look where gives you growth
Coach
SM earning 160 plus doesn’t make anyone’s skin tingle...
Congrad. Nice to know you were able to secure a few great offers. I would go with the health start-up, as recommanded by others and can probabaly negociate a high offer. Better upside and safe bet. PwC is the next option if you enjoy the professional service space and want to stay in the game.

PwC1 lol. PwC takes three years to promote experience Senior Associates to Manager post-MBA. It’s the same slow game as EY.
Is 3 years not normal?
Start up. PwC will still take you as an exp hirer if the start-up doesn't workout.

In order: option 3; option 2; find new options; option 1 (this one seems an odd alignment considering the other two opportunities).
That’s kind of how I’m feeling. PWC was my backup backup but idk if I want to go back to consulting. They way i was thrown out didn’t sit well with me and I don’t want to deal with the bs of utilization and finding engagements etc.
Also the startup is in Miami and as a single guy that’s really appealing lol
Great offers, option 3. What work did you do at PwC?
The Product role, no brainer!
