Went through a final round interview to not get an offer. Asked recruiter for feedback and he said there was no feedback to give as I interviewed really well, and it ultimately came down to a “tough decision” and the other candidate working slightly better. Not sure how to take this?

I am hearing that MBB is pausing majority of the interviews - should I be worried about my offer getting rescinded? I luckily got my offer a few months ago and received my signing bonus already.

Not looking for the narrative arc of How I Built This or Masters of Scale. Instead, looking to uncover specific problems faced by companies that tried something new for the first time. What did they not see coming, how did they adapt and measure, etc.

I’ve been interviewing with Google since July. Passed the first interview but the team I was matched with ended up hiring someone else. Recruiter told me that she will let me know if any other opportunities arise as I’m still in the running and haven’t been rejected. Bit of background- I left my job of 3 years in Dec 2021 for a new company. Initially, I thought the company was great but my mind quickly changed. The on-boarding process was horrible, minimal training, thrown onto enterprise project 2 weeks in, over time, and there is no process for anything. I ended up hating my job.

Fast forward to Mid March, I started applying for jobs again but I omitted this role.
