So much workload here.. working almost 12-16hrs a day.. planing to leave..

Went from a big firm to work for a smaller firm. The people in the smaller firm are protective of their work and are good by their work too. I no longer feel chaos or stress. I am treated with respect and my schedule is more normal. I am even working more billable hours than before, but it feels like a seamless experience. I don’t work then past 5pm or anything out of the ordinary for this time of the year. I am so grateful!

Current a commercial banking II analyst at truist, $95k total comp. Looking at switching into tech sales, got an interview for an account executive position in fintech. Anyone know comps for Florida or recommend the move? Heard WLB and perks are great.

For me a typical day looks like this
9 am- sign in and check emails
930-11 : look for a new job
11-2 lunch and nap
2-3 : sometimes meetings, mostly begging people for billable work
3-4:30 - proposal work if I have it or more job hunting
5-9pm family time and dinner
10-3am - netflix, videogames, cry myself to sleep

Confession: The only in-law that I had a great relationship with passed away unexpectedly. The two remaining in-laws were on thin ice with me prior due to years of drama, nagging, and disgusting display of wealth. Hi fishes, my friend recently had a bitter experience with Dish Network. So her profile was shortlisted and they asked few questions over email. It did take good 2hrs to answer and she replied back. HM said we are good to go for interview and sent an invite. On the day of interview nobody turned up, neither they gave an update later. She did follow up for a couple of days but no response. Is there any reason why this happens ? Me being in HR field felt this to be a little unprofessional.

What are some of your best virtual tools for students to easily write with math symbols that are free? I've been using a free extended trial of Kami for easy worksheets but I'm afraid my district won't pay for the full version down the road.

I teach a hybrid of face to face and virtual instruction and we have 1 hour and 10 minutes for whole group instruction. These are fifth graders. How would you use this time to maximize learning? What strategies/methods would you use for engagement and mastery?

Currently have J1 as current employer used The work one for my BC. I looked at Equifax/ The work one to see if J2 uses that service, fortunately they don’t.
Question - if J2 runs a BC for J1 and Finds out I am still employed isn’t that a red flag?

I really want to get a second job but I am scared of losing my current one. Both companies are in same field, although not direct competitors so I know it’s technically “not allowed” however, this is the only way for me to get that $$ since I am not paid all that well.

Of course I won’t tell a single friend/coworker. Only my partner. And I don’t post work stuff on social media.
