One of my junior associates recently resigned and I've been trying to make an exit myself for several months now. Got a call from Deloitte HR and she told me that if you're available for an interview right now. I asked I will be available after 8:30 PM or next day before 11 AM she said okay thank you and cut the call. Is this the same company right who wants there employees to serve a stict 90 days notice period. Immediate joiner ka toh suna tha but immediate interview ka scene hai. It looks like companies like Deloitte wants just an employee without knowing there knowledge and skills. What's your views guy

Why doesn't the interview panelists inform the candidates if they've cleared the interview or not ?

Whenever I'm taking interviews, I clearly tell the candidates at the end if they should work hard and come back (Rejected) or if they've done well (Selected)
