Hi Fishes,
I am currently working world's largest beer company. I have current CTC of 25 LPA and I am expecting hike of 10% at least within the company.
I got interviewed at Pepsi Co for Lead -2 position and have cleared all the rounds. How much can I expect, I have just asked 30% on current CTC.
Please do let me know as it will be very helpful. Do they provide relocation allowance, do i need to submit any documents for them. Also, do they offer any joining bonus?
Pepsico
Got a random email from a supposed Amazon recruiter for a SDE position (which is not at all a fit). The email is amazon.com domain and there are no red flags in the body but it doesn't feel like an Amazon recruiter due to the tacky signature, etc. Has anyone seen this kind of cold-calling from FAANG recruiter?

Westin
You have a treadmill, weights, yoga mat in your room.
Meridien is really nice but a very long walk from anything
Westin had bad service when I was there. But if you want a superb hotel - the Marriott is brand new and one of their futuristic beta hotels they are testing
Westin
Westin and ask for a gym room!
I like the Westin there
Westin is closer.
Marriott is really great location and gym but the points thing. If you don't care as much about that then I recommend Marriott too!
Westin
Westin 100%
@D4 what's a gym room?
Westin will also give you guest passes for Golds at epicenter. Half off the daily rate
The gym at the Westin isn't bad on its own either! Westin over Meridien for sure
Starwood points are getting 3-1 exchange with Marriott, so at a minimum Starwood is a better deal for points
Westin. Meridien is an oooooold building. I've lived in CLT for 10 years and that building was run down for a while, a shitty hotel, run down again, and then its was quickly cleaned up for the DNC and the people staying there came to dusty old rooms.... anyway, go with the Westin.
