Currently in my second year at boutique Iife science consulting firm (think Trinity, Putnam, Huron, Clearview) with the goal to go to business school in 2-3 years. Would it be best to stay put at my current firm, move to a health tech startup / small biotech or move to MBB? What would give me the best chance at getting into Harvard, Stanford, Wharton, Sloan, etc.

Just got a job offer at an agency I’m really excited about, but it’d be a complete lateral move. Same position and same amount of pay now. Is it worth it? Is our industry as competitive as some say? I see a lot of people saying this and I work with a bunch of hacks (myself included). Have been at Morgan for 1 year and looking to come over to JPM for an ideal pay bump, but would like to get into IB type roll. Any insight on what I should expect or how to go about applying? Maybe even getting referred? I have a deep knowledge of investments and always felt inclined to go down this route.

Last week I gave 4 rounds of interview with JPMC for the Associate position for WM division.
Last Friday I received email from HR asking last 3 payslips, and all info related to pay along with the ECTC and resume and gave everything over the weekend.
I gave expected as 30 fixed and currently at 20.8 fixed with 4 YoE in analytics and DS and overall 5+.
Still haven’t heard back from the HR.
What are the chances of extending an offer and on portal showing “Under Consideration for interview”
