Thank you and we’re done!

I'm about to join TW after 2weeks.
I got mail from OKTA, I've filled laptop shipping details as well.
But along with that there are many more notifications like pf, nominee etc. Some needs to be send hard copy to Bangalore.
My question is..do I need so send it before joining or after joining?
Please help Thoughtworks

Interesting question! I think social media will continue to be the centerpiece for a while. This does get the wheels turning, though, as to what might come next. What are you thinking?
Unfortunately I agree, I think social media will stay strong for a while but the type of media will become shorter because nobody will have any attention span
I guess the answer relates to how the dumbed audiences we've created react going forward. If they're going to be content with unreliable social media content that's often just untrue, then social media will continue to dominate. I would like to think that the public will eventually realize that quality matters, but that's probably fairly optimistic.
You’ve really summarised the future perfectly there! Audiences are so used to quick snappy media that it’s going to stay like that for a while
I wonder if it will be creator led things and aggregate accounts that compile all news sources
Ooh this is an interesting concept actually, I hadn’t even thought of this
I think the next big shift is AI personalizing everything, news shows, and content feeds. Not just social, but full experiences curated to the minute. The platforms that adapt fastest will win.
This kind of terrifies me, I don’t want to be analysed by AI for my news
I think we're going to see an increased shift towards video content in all of its different forms and a shift away from Legacy media and towards more organic, user-generated content.
I just hope that with the shift we don’t lose the skills people have with traditional media
I think we are heading toward hyper-personalised media — AI-curated, bite-sized, but tailored to individual preferences rather than broad audiences. Social media won’t disappear, but the “one size fits all feed” feels outdated. Niche communities might be the next big shift.
Yeah I can see this becoming big, I’m not sure how I feel about algorithms reading my every move and then personalising my media though 🤣
