Haven’t done the dating thing in a while so need advice! (F here) Met a guy at a party on Sat, followed each other on insta, then I dm’ed him my number saying “lmk if you want to get drinks sometime”. He then texts me and says something along the lines of “yeah let’s do it” but doesn’t offer any concrete plan. Does this mean he’s not super into it? Or am I overreacting and I should initiate the plan? I initiated the insta follow and the dm so I feel like it’s his turn…?

I’m working on starting my own online show where I act as the news anchor and cover what I think are the most important stories of the week, but I feel like I lack the personality/presence to carry out that role.

One of my direct reports has asked about going part time. They currently manage special reports in a bi-weekly publication, working closely with sales, freelance writers, and an internal designer. Job duties are primarily project management and editing/proofreading. As the first read on articles, they need to have an understanding of the material (business/regulation). Has anyone had experience with job sharing in this type of a role?

Tell me your craziest experience working with a TV network. Here comes mine:

I'm American, but my family is mostly Colombian. I was told my aunt and cousins would come here for 2 weeks. I discovered they were going to be paid to appear in a famous Hispanic TV show, where a "judge" receives a case, hears the plaintiffs and defendants and renders a verdict. But of course, it's all fake and payed 😂 turns out she wanted me to go there (even though I don't work for that TV network) so she's sure she'll be paid at the end of the show. Wth did I just do.

Opinion: Giving legitimacy to conspiracy theorists by providing them with a platform is incredibly irresponsible and selfish.

Are there any good conservative sources out there that you think people haven't heard enough about? I'm not against liberal viewpoints or anything. I just think they seem more vocal than the conservatives and I would like to find a balance
