He has been working for the same company since he graduated. He has worked his way up to lead developer and makes $110k. What would you think a remote employee should be making with 5 years of experience.

I've recieved an offer from Morgan Stanley, my previous salary was around 6 Lpa and last offered was around 15 Lpa (WFH), I quoted 40 to 45% on top of that around 22 Lpa considering Mumbai location, WFO and Glassdoor pay range.
Did I just do a mistake by quoting too high a number? Please let me know your opinions.

Colleague has put in his resignation. They are offering him whatever he wants to stay including 4days a week work from home. He’s not bluffing and plans to leave. What are your thoughts on invoking the rule of sequestration at a deposition in a case in state court? I have heard some attorneys argue that it is inapplicable, while others have argued that it does apply.
