How is thoughtworks hikes, wlb, does it provide any benefits apart from fixed pay? My research gives me a mixed review: some say it's good, some say that thoughtworks is not stable enough like big 4 or other organisations. Pls help Thoughtworks Deloitte

If you’re going to a small market, let that be the deciding factor. You could survive on any airline.
I fly AA because my primary destinations are ORD, LHR, and HND
I tried to keep my United status out of LAX, too challenging domestically (FYI they just opened one of their international Polaris lounges today at LAX). Found delta to be most convenient (besides going to ORD), and best experience. AA is trying to compete with delta by offering lots of flights but experience is shit and you could end up in the remote terminal which to me wasn’t worth the gamble of an extra 30 minutes.
I don’t fly international for work too much, so can’t give advice there. All depends on where you go typically.
I fly United. It’s a lot faster getting dropped off and picked up from terminal 7.
American, Delta, and Southwest have the most flights by far (in that order). OneWorld has the most international flights. Delta and Southwest just completed all their terminal work so everything is new.
100k might put you in the top 1/3 of travelers, so I think upgrades are a wash
