what are everyone’s thoughts on Patients & Purpose? I’ve read on Glassdoor that there is 0 work life balance and very long hours (which is anticipated in this field, but get a life)

Is it really worth it to proceed with a company like Amazon for 25k+. I live in CA so $ is imp but I do have a toddler so WLB is also imp. Both role are Sr. MGR.

Really need an accountability partner for a few things below:

3. Eat more home-made balanced & nutritious meals & less takeout

5. Meditate or journal every day

Mood - tired & grumpy during the day cos of no sleep, bad sleep, bad food choices
Focus & productivity - absolutely failing cos of the above
