Hi Fishes,
I resigned from TCS in August and in another 18 days it's my LWD with TCS, now i got call from my lead saying they will provide canada onsite opportunity and he said he has multiple projects at onsite which he can give me, some are saying it's just a gimmick to retain you nothing else, my DM asked me to say yes or no by tomorrow so that he can start the process he said once i get approval mail then only i can take back my resignation. Do you think i can believe my DM? Tata Consultancy Infosys

If I hear ‘we’re a family’ I’m running out.
Green flags for me is if people have been at the company for a while and have gotten promoted every so often.
Green flags are people who stay with the company 3+yrs, happy to chat about their role to others, high engagement (attends events outside of work, volunteers to speak at events), takes PTO, makes friends with coworkers
When it seems like I an in the running I ask about their last vacation and what happened when they got back. Red flag: they mumble or mention they went to the school play and made up time later Green flag: excited, last one they went to..., this one going to ...."xyz" covers for me
Seems to work.
Find people on LinkedIn who used to work that specific job and ask why they left.
I search via keywords either on LinkedIn or Google
Gotta define wlb for yourself first and then you can only find peace. Otherwise you’ll just be living someone’s else interpretation of it.

You can never tell the real work life balance until you actually start. But I usually try to gauge it with a few questions like finding out what the day to day would be like? What the management style is? The expectations for the role/etc? That can give you some clues
