What is the general interview process for Novartis for a lateral hire? I had an initial discussion with HR around salary expectations but the range I'm looking for was crossing the range Novattis offers for SA. Do they revert back in such cases?

I'm not good at my tech stack. I've somehow managed to perform all my tasks without any escalation/blunders but that also by some help/googling.
I also managed to switch from an Indian mnc to a reputed company and now also somehow cleared a FAANG interview,but i know I'm not much knowledgeable in my tech .
