For lower levels of math i enjoyed IXL. One school i worked at purchased it and it worked great with practice. Another one I used here there is Delta math since it's free and also had fill in the blanks, graphing not just multiple choice. I have not found a really good one for Precalc and up. For tests I haven't found any good one.
I like IXL a lot too. The kids seem to respond well to the format.
I like kahoot.com. It is more of an activity than homework, but it can work both way. It can be an assessment as well. I don't use it so, but I may someday.
Quizizz
I like using DeltaMath.com , and students like it, too. I like how students get different problems. This year I use the paid version and have given timed quizzes and a test. I've used it for practices, and for reviewing, too. I can reset their review if they want to try it again. You can assign a certain number of problems to do, but allow unlimited practice. If you haven't seen DeltaMath, this is a must to check out.
I was just shown edia.app and will start using that, too. This program allows teachers to assign problems with blurred background, to prevent students from using phone apps to get answers. This program also works well with Google Classroom
Brainpop is good too
I use DeltaMath.com (free) for my lower high school (9-10) and MathXL.com ($) for my upper levels. MathXL is like the cheaper/wimpy version of MyMathLab, which I got used to using for my college courses. I found both have decent library to pick from and do open response or multiple choice well. They have help and tutorial features build in that are great.
Other note, people often think doing homework/classwork online will change student participation but I've found it's about the same. The ones that don't, still don't.
I like kutasoftware.com for tests. Easy to make lots of version which I love to do (eliminates cheating).
Ck12.org is awesome for in class and homework. free. All math levels it seems.
