A good thing to look into is the possibility of flexible arrangements, such as working remotely or in a hybrid scenario. It's also good to ask about a budget for professional development, to attend conferences or take courses or obtain certifications. And, of course, equity and stock options and a sign-on bonus. You may or may not make any progress on those fronts, but they're worth thinking about.
If you did any of those, did you get them into contract? Wondering if flexibility can be in writing vs. being at the will of corporate/the company..
I always try to secure additional PTO. It doesn't work 100% of the time (no negotiations do), but I've gotten enough extra days over the years to keep trying. Most recently was able to get an additional 5 days, which felt like a big win to me. Also agree with negotiating for flexible working arrangements, although I'd imagine they're much harder to secure.
Signing bonus, additional PTO, remote work, mat / pat leave.

Scheduling (wfh/in office) and PTO are the top two. If you’re walking away from a big company yearly bonus, you could negotiate that into your sign on bonus as well.
