AP Summer Institutes, AVID Critical Reading, some of Kagan, and sometimes workshops at educational service centers IF they give practical strategies.

I took a PD on Applied digital skills. This was a good one on jobs that need basic digital skills. I also enjoyed a PD on Responsive classrooms. The idea was to engage and empower students in a socially distance or virtual setting.

When do you know you've toured enough houses and should pick one from the list you've got? I've seen probably 15-20 homes, and put in one offer. How many homes should you tour minimum, and how many offers did you put in before you closed? I don't want to be too hasty and choose something just because, but I also think continuing to see homes isn't really making my decision any easier. Thanks!

How do y’all deal with people at work who are stuck on stupid? Like they have no idea what they’re talking about and they REFUSE to learn. Maybe it’s bc I’m a type 8 enneagram, but it frustrates the hell out of me!
So any advice would be lovely :)
