Hi, I'm leaving Citi in 2 months. It's hard to make this decision. I have an offer from a small startup. In citi, my previous experience was not considered and was reskilled to different tech which is the reason for change.I don't like to exit citi. As I like the company so much. But considering my current knowledge,I am in the middle of the sea.I am afraid now that the new company's offer would be revoked due to this recession?Or can I take back my resignation in citi before the last working day.Is this wise decision?

Am I doing a mistake? Going from PwC to Accenture for $45K more (113 Vs 158), and a role that’s better aligned with what I was doing before joining & what I want to be doing? I joined PwC for the experience and the exit opportunity it can provide me in the future, but it’s hard not to accept this role from Accenture! Decision need to be made by end of this week….

Chicago is great - super central and good variety of places to live/eat
But the 🥶🥶🥶
As someone in a career with a high salary, I would recommend looking for cities that fit your personal needs first, instead of ones that are best for consulting, because there are airports everywhere and with all your careful planning you could still end up on a client that is less than ideal to get to from your city. Being close to friends and family or the dating scene, for example, would be more important to me. 5 years after the move, I wouldn't want to say how great it was that I saved myself a few hours of travel. I would want to talk about how much fun I had in the city (based on my personal preferences) and how I met my future spouse.

Atlanta’s full stay away
Your moving van will either pop a tire on a pothole or get broken in to.
Dallas would have been amazing if it was a state by itself and not part of Texas. Texas takes out that shine.

Same with Georgia and Atlanta
DC! HCOL but so much to do...and National is the worlds best airport. From bed to gate in 20 mins.
I lived in DC proper (NW) for 6 years and left my place 1 hour before my flight. Travelled every week and never missed a flight. Cut it close a few times, but I’d say my longest wait in TSA pre was about 3 minutes. Loved that airport. Sitting on the runway at rush hour waiting to take off, that was another story...
