Unless and until you're involved in Sexual harassment or an extreme policy violation, you will be good.
Thanks for the information
In infosys we have only 4/5 leaves quarterly . So in total in a year we have 20 leaves. Will leaves in each quarter carry forward or they will expire once quater finishes?
One more question will the 20 leaves in one financial year carry forward to next financial year ?
Please let me know if any one has any idea on this🙏
Okk thanks for the information
No it will not happen in 99% cases
Ok thanks for info
They wont fire you until its a policy violation from your side
Ok got it, i have seen few comments on glass door so I was asking.
What type of comment can you please specify
Glassdoor i have seen like , manager decides whether we need to be made permanent after probation or not.
It will never happen in 99.9% of cases. So need not to worry.
Ok thanks for information
Don't worry bro.... If you work average and follow policy. You can spend time here till your retirement.
So don't worry.
Ok bro
Manager will provide input and decide on probation outcome, but as long as you are doing what is expected from you and not violating any company policy, you will be fine.Anyone who is new to project, regardless of experience/designation will take a reasonable time to adjust and be more productive, so don't worry much.
