Staying at current company tech Mahindra with 23lpa (100% hike) or going to societe generale with 20.86 lpa(81% hike),which one is better?
Will societe generale brand name give me anything extra in long run?

I gave an interview in Accenture and the manager wants me to move to Hyderabad,but I'm comfortable with the Kolkata location. I've cleared two rounds and now the Hyd manager is telling me that if I move to Hyd otherwise they will not proceed with my application any further. Can anyone suggest to me what can be done here?

knows what the job entails exactly. I keep hearing about people "fooled" into taking a job in risk advisory thinking it'll really be advisory while they only end up doing IT and Audit support (which I do not want to do).

Hello Working in infosys(Tester) YOE - 5 (1 yr in infy) Today asked my manager abt onsite(Australia) and conveyed all the contributions I made. In return he asked me in detail contribution like automation etc.and at the end he said "happy with your progress" & said he will take a call & try to initiate 1st quarter of 2023 & also asked if I can come to office. There are many openings in onsite(Aus) So now can someone say,what are my chances for onsite? & will WFO help me? Infosys

Who gets to decide the ctc offered to a candidate? If a candidate is being offered x3 his/her current salary then does it give their manager the licence to overutilize the candidate with insane work? The way I see it there's no real benefit for the candidate here considering the performance pressure on him/her.

Is it ok to work on a lower designation with MS, will that affect my technical skills as limited access to explore more on technologies? Or should I join TCS?

Fishes need help. Wife works in HR, she was put on PIP. She is fairly certain that she will be let go; hence is thinking of resigning instead of trying getting terminated . 2 questions -
1. Her notice period is 90 days vs 30 days of pip. Will she be released at the end of PIP period (even if she does well during PIP)
2. More important - when you resign during PIP, what shows in your background verification - terminated or resigned ?
