I’ve been thinking of making a switch from audit to TAS. I’m currently a S1 (2 busy seasons experience), and rated as a top performer at my firm. I’m contacted by Kroll, but recruiters there told me that since I haven’t got any TAS experience, I should be applying for their Analyst role instead of Senior Associate. Honestly, I want to switch to TAS but not that desperate to leave my firm. Anyway, I just wonder if you guys have the same situation and usually how long it takes to get promoted?

The question is, is graduation from law school, not minimum competency? Is it possible to be genetically predisposed to gain muscle? Ever since I was little, my doctors always commented on my BMI but never worried given how muscular I was. Since playing sports in high school and now regularly working out (cardio and weights) as an adult, I feel like I always maintain muscle mass, whether I do mostly cardio or not. This has resulted in bulking but now as I’ve tried to cut the past month, I’m not seeing weight loss. I’m counting all calories and feel stronger tho!
