What are the green flags you see in candidates that make you think, “this person will be great to work with” beyond just their skills? Is it how they follow up, how they talk about past teams, or how they handle uncertainty in the process?

Does anyone here have an experience of filing an EB1A or NIW petition. A law firm suggested me to first do a NIW petition and then follow it up with EB1A. Is it a good strategy to do it this way because NIW is more certain and gets a place in the line? Am I missing something? Should I instead file an EB1A directly?

Just got a job offer with CVS. To say the least I’m super excited to work for an Fortune 5 company. However, the job offer 1k less than my current company, but I thought this will be boost my growth and experience. Was my choices a smart move? Has anyone took a job that the pay was less than your current company ? Also, any insight with CVS and how I can advance my career there will be greatly appreciate.
