What are the green flags you’re looking for on the first few dates?

I’ll start hooking up with someone with no intention of dating them because of red flags, but if the sex is good I want to lock it down for the future (even if we are not compatible in our personality, I’ll start to see them in a positive way and flirt more since it makes the sex even better)! The guy starts to think I want a relationship (which is half true) and then distances himself. Anyone else go through this cycle?

ADHD medication with high Blood Pressure?

I found ADHD meds helpful when I worked in consulting in my 20s. I stopped the meds when I went back to school. Also have had High BP since late 20s. 15 years away, I am back in consulting and loving it, however my difficulties juggling so many projects/tasks is holding me back. I know I would benifit from some ADHD medication but my Dr won’t prescribe any with my history of BP (controlled with BP meds). Anyone else gone through this? Any tips?

He has applied fr the match last yr & was nt able to match. Match process costs around USD10k; this year he is applying again after borrowing funds frm different sources bt he is under tremendous pressure to get match. I feel his pain as he has studied for 10+ yrs and is struggling to match nw. I m nt sure hw I can help

I have an offer to join a startup as an APM. The only downside is that the engineering team is located offshore in India. I’m concerned about the resulting impact because of 1) the potential late night calls 2) the learning opportunities missed by not working with a US engineering team (communication tactics, translatable skills) 3) potential exit opps into FAANG pm roles due to not having experience with an onshore eng team. So, I just joined a startup. No processes, no clear strategy, just one goal: selling. Getting leads. When ever I try to build a strategy, they (founders) swamp me with blablabla stories and not a single action plan. Is this the usual at startups? Also,no real company culture. At all. No HR. I don’t cut my hours, I consistently reach 7 hours a day, but it’s not enough to meet my firm’s minimum requirement. I’m usually working 9 hours/day.
