What are the proper steps and etiquette renege on a job offer after signing?

I honestly feel a little bad but I need to make the jump (Tier 3 / Boutique ex. West Monroe, Huron, etc. —> Big 4 Consulting).

For those that are familiar with the Big 4 AAS practice, which one has the largest market in NYC/Boston? I was extend a couple of offers and am having trouble deciding which one to take. TIA.

For those of you that jumped from Big 4 to smaller audit firms, what are some of the things that you did that helped you have a successful and fulfilling career at your smaller firm?

Which offer should I accept? Currently staff 2 at big 4 in Tax with CPA license. I want to leave tax ASAP. Both are public companies +1B in revenue and same salary. Offer 1 - staff revenue accountant so reading contracts, speaking with the sales team and legal team, a lot of work at the end of the months to close books and reconcile transactions to make sure we are ASC 606 compliant. This track usually leads to director of revenue. Offer 2 - internal audit staff so SOX and compliance projects.

Are there any RPA UiPath openings in any of the big 4? Is lateral recruitment happening for these roles? Thanks in Advance

However, there is little to no learning and its very slow, the project is just starting and the client itself is not clear what they want. Do you think I should switch just because its a big 4. Long post alert; I have been interviewing with a b4 for a senior con role since Mar end. Cleared all the rounds including case study and got strong rating as well as good feedback. Fast forward to last week, the talent POC calls me up and informs that she has asked the business if the position is still open, because now they just need the business approval to roll out the offer. I immediately felt demotivated as to ‘why now’ after all rounds have been cleared (continued in the comment below)

Just graduated with Aerospace Engineering degree. I am interviewing for multiple positions at once with different companies. One gave me an offer and they want me to get back to them within 2 days. I still have other interviews scheduled and some for higher paying jobs (around 90k) What should I do?
I do like the company that gave me an offer but their base pay was 80k and they went up to 85k. Is asking for them to match the 90k too much? The position is associate systems engineer.
