Hi Fishes, I have an interview with PwC AC in the coming week. My tech stack is Power BI, SQL, SSRS,SSIS and Tableau. YEO -4 Current CTC is 9 LPA. During the initial call with the recruiter he asked for ny expected CTC and I asked for 17 LPA. Can anyone from PwC comment on this? Is this too much to ask or is this what someone at my current level would get paid at PwC. Please let me know!!!! PwC PwC India Pwc AC Deloitte Deloitte USI

Analyst* > consultant > and then from there it gets murkier as you can branch in various directions depending on what you focus in (I.e. some are more sales focused, some are more about building/growing/sustaining a practice, etc, each with a few levels of career progression in them), so in a likely more confusing line...:
Analyst*> consultant> solution architect> principle consultant/people manager/solution principle> CSL (sales focus)/PAL(practice focus)> CSP (sales focus)/PAD (practice focus)> MD> GM
There’s no up or out culture at Slalom so you can stay at consultant level for your entire career here if you wish, understanding that your salary stays fairly stagnant along with title.
*only some markets have analysts currently
Oh, and other edit... solution architect isn’t necessarily higher level than consultant, and you could skip it and be promoted from consultant into one of the other 3 (PC, PM, SP). It’s kinda like a ego promotion more than anything
See this for a great explanation of the levels: https://www.quora.com/What-is-the-hierarchy-or-career-levels-at-Slalom-Consulting/answer/Chris-Schrader
We ask for that many years of experience because we don’t really hire out of college consultants. It would be an experienced hire, just called consultant. Pay should be higher. SHOULD BE
