What are the steps in the Palantir Technologies Palantir Technologies Inc. deployment strategist interview process? What types of questions can I expect?

So I have a felony. I interviewed with a recruiter today who was super cheerful and nice. Once I disclosed my felony, which she already knew about since a friend referred me to her, she immediately stopped the interview and said she couldn’t in good faith move forward on my application given the nature of my offense. I explained that I had done my time, paid my fines and restitution and had the experience to become a great asset to the organization. -she suggested I look into bartending.

I applied for a position through a recruiter and made it through the interview rounds with the actual company and received a verbal offer, but haven’t heard back since. Am I able to reach out directly to HR for updates or does all communication have to be filtered through the recruiter?

Anyone went for L1 blanket visa interview in India recently? Experience? Also, it seems L1 blanket is handled only in Chennai but consulate website says only Delhi is open and handling L1 as well not clear if that is only individual or blanket as well. Any insights? TIA

Applied for a position in Johnson and Johnson Canada. Reached the final round 3 weeks back. After not getting any updates I emailed the HR a couple of weeks back. They responded back telling me that they’ll have an update for me the next week. Again I emailed them on Thursday asking if they have anything for me before the long weekend ( Good Friday & Easter). Though their WLB and culture seems good, I kept feeling that I am being lowballed which pushed me to give further interviews.

Received another offer for same role from another PBC for 35LPA (33 Fixed). Is it OK to ask the first company to revise the CTC (up to their best) where the DOJ is in 10 days?
