What are your favorite guilty pleasure movies?

For me it's musicals and a few dance movies. Mamma Mia 1 and 2, Rock of Ages, the Step Up series, the 2011 Footloose, the Greatest Showman, and both the '95 10th Anniversary Les Mis concert and '10 25th anniversary concert (preference given to '95).

My wife doesn't get musicals at all and thinks I'm bonkers when I watch one, but I can watch 'em anytime, anywhere and they take me to my happy place!

Hello folks, recently moved to industry from consulting. In my previous company, we had teams who formatted PowerPoint presentations. Suggested the same to my manager in my new job and he is keen to explore an outsourced model. Are there any companies who do this - creating, formatting, polishing PowerPoint presentations? I have a 20+ year career doing AdTech/BI/Analytics in media agencies. Started as an intern, rose up to director and board member at various agencies.

I switched to tech consulting at SM level early this year for the money but also to see new industries & learn something new. Had to quit the small firm I joined after only 5 months due to chaotic and overbearing leadership. Now I have an offer from Avanade and one from a big media agency on the table.

9 am- sign in and check emails
930-11 : look for a new job
11-2 lunch and nap
2-3 : sometimes meetings, mostly begging people for billable work
3-4:30 - proposal work if I have it or more job hunting
5-9pm family time and dinner
10-3am - netflix, videogames, cry myself to sleep
