Monitor or laptop stand. A good ring light that doesn't look like a freaky gadget. And I know this is a small thing but a box for notes and papers. You don't want your home to look more like an office.

Love it. Thanks for the tips!
You're on the right track with this list. Standing desk and walking pad are a must for me. I have a massive iMac desktop that allows me to keep almost everything on one screen, but I'm still considering adding another. I'd also recommend a white board if you're a visual planner. Love mine.
Very underrated is a monitor stand. It's helped my sitting posture tremendously. Also, recently got myself an ultra-wide monitor with a good mechanical keyboard and the Logi MX Master mouse. I keep procrastinating buying a nice ergonomic chair, but I think I am going to get one sooner or later.

Ooooh I’ve been contemplating an ultra wider monitor. Might have to take the plunge
Two things I've been loving lately: space heater to be extra toasty (I run cold) and reed diffuser to make my office smell amazing.
And I do love a second monitor.

Omg I definitely need a diffuser! Second monitor is a must. I feel like I can’t even be productive without one lol
I love my Herman miller chair! I’ve been using mine since 2017 so even though it’s pricey, it’s extremely durable over time and feels like new.
I’d also suggest a monitor with PD charging for your laptop. It really cuts down on the cables in your set up
I have my laptop and 2 extra monitors and it's been life changing!
