I second this question!! I have words bolded on my resume and I don’t know if that’s a good decision or not…..
it doesnt really do much. if you feel strongly about it, go ahead, but i dont think it will be the difference between getting or not getting a job
I think the toughest part of the interview process is getting that first call. We should do whatever it takes to make it happen :)
Bold words are often the first to catch attention of the recruiters. So if you think it is worth their glance, go for it.

Bolding keywords can help recruiters quickly spot relevant skills, especially in a quick resume scan. The key is to use it sparingly, as too much can be distracting. Highlight the most critical skills or achievements that match the role.
