What are your thoughts on the discourse around oversaturation of talent? Are there too many people who were sold the admin path that are hopelessly stuck in trying to stand out?

Advice for trying to go in house or client side? Recruiters don’t have many of these positions...

Plan to go to B-school in 3 years (1 year out of UG now). Long term goal is entrepreneurship. Have offers at a MBB firm for a generalist consultant role and at FAANG for a strategy role. FAANG offer is slightly higher (though both are a 50+% bump on my current comp). Both would have me reset to entry level. Which one should I take?

I am an Oncology Clinical Research Coordinator with 15+ years of experience. I have program management and pharmaceutical manufacturing experience that gives me additional unique experience.
