Hello! I’m currently a Administrative assistant now working at a major medical system in Baltimore. I’ve previously worked for 10 years as a medical assistant in a variety of specialties and primary care. Lately, I’ve been feeling a bit stuck as to my next step. Part of me want to go into management, another part is saying go get your RN, and the other is saying go into Social Work. I’m all over the place. Any ideas? After playing back our last meet, I realise the CEO was trying to tease out of me/get me to probe on interest for CoS role. Hi , I am BA currently with 4.5 yrs experience in analytics . Is it necessary to go for an MBA(which will be 1 year obv as per my experience ) or i can go by becoming an APM somewhere(obv by learning product related topics)and then becoming a PM.
