I have multiple offers in hand from the below-mentioned companies.
Need your inputs and suggestion regarding which company would be better to join in terms of career growth and opportunities in Data Engineer role.
ITC Infotech
Telstra
Teklink International

Bosch
All companies are giving offers around 18-20(Fixed +Variable).
YOE - 3.4 years
Tech Stack - SQL Server,SSIS,Azure ,ADF,ADB,Pyspark,Azure Synapse, SparlSQL
Fishes, I have accepted job offer from Capgemini and 1 small mnc (just incase for backup). My joining date is 2nd Jan, 2023. Now if I join another company after 5-10 days. Will I be blocked from Capgemini? Will this be applicable to other componies also like Cognizant, Wipro, Infosys?? Cognizant Tata Consultancy Infosys Wipro

I would stay at ACN over PWC consulting. Better for your resume.
For a lateral move, Deloitte is the only consulting arm (they have pretty good technical competency) besides EY parthenon that would be a good choice for your career.
Also for clarification: considering lateral move to be Big 4 from ACN
MBA is typically needed to broach from ACN to MBB
Smaller niche firms like Booz, Slalom have their focus and tbh the pay differential to entice from Acn/Big 4 can be great
Boutique firms of course is at the career path and focus of your career but great money to be made there too
For what it’s worth I got $5k as an Associate (experienced hire)
When I worked at PwC, I got 20k sign on as Senior Associate. Good luck.
I got 20k signing bonus but I had to come in at a level lower than I was at current job
