Make sure you have solid boundaries with work, first and foremost. Working extra is not worth your mental health! Then, do the best you can with getting good sleep, eating wholesome foods, and getting in decent exercise. This should be non-negotiable. Once you have a good baseline, start exploring yourself and your hobbies. Make sure your relationships are nourishing and fruitful.
This all might sound irrelevant but it will serve you in all areas in life, most especially work.
I’ll just comment a lot of things and maybe something helps, maybe not. These are bespoke to me but maybe you will resonate.
First of all, if you have a lot of “other people’s ideas” speaking constantly, try to spend time in quiet. For instance, if you listen to a lot of podcasts, YouTube, music, books, thought leaders etc, then maybe ur not giving ur own thoughts a moment to breath. If you jog, maybe don’t listen to music and be surprised how many thoughts can spring from your own self. Writing might turn out to be especially therapeutic.
Second, exercise. It helps you be present. Other things can also help with being present, especially something that engages your hands (gardening, crafts/art, woodworking, cooking, etc)
Third, omega 3 can help if you tend towards depression, and taking vitamin D can help with energy. Some supplements can truly change your life.
Fourth, try to assess if you’re more overstimulated at work vs under stimulated. The remedy tends to differ with the diagnosis. If overstimulated, then keeping anxiety at bay is key. A peaceful morning and evening routine will help a lot here - I like reading Thic Nhat Hanh and stretching. If under stimulated then need to find things that make you happy. Can u think of something u have done that made u feel good? Maybe accomplishing something hard or meaningful. Maybe being out on a sunny day in a busy area that had interesting things to do, or trying a new creative outlet. Add more things that make u happy. Do it even in the middle of the work day. Sometimes that itself will make the rest of week much more bearable
Fifth, therapy is best if the problem is toxicity at work. It’s never that helpful to gossip or vent amongst colleagues. A therapist is the way to go.
Sixth, friends. I know it’s hard to have good friends and they don’t live with u or take care of u constantly. Still - even one friend that u chat with at least weekly can make a huge difference.
Seventh, journal. I’ll express this one with a quote from Tolstoy:
“I was dusting in the room; having come full circle, I approached the sofa and could not remember if I had dusted it or not. I couldn’t because these movements are routine and not conscious, and I felt I never could remember it. So if I had cleaned the sofa but forgotten it, that is if this was really unconscious, it is as if this never happened.
If somebody had watched consciously, reconstruction would have been possible. But if nobody watched, if nobody watched consciously, it is as if this life had never been. (Tolstoy 354; diary entry, February 29, 1897).”

Following! I’ve been feeling so miserable with work lately. Like I’m empty. Was on the bench for 2~ months and was 50% utilized before that, remotely. Now, I’m thrown into the deep end on a new client, which also requires 5 days in person.
I went on an antidepressant. It worked.
