Hi I got selected in Nagarro i.e. I cleared all the tech rounds but now HR is saying there is no vacancy , they are saying as soon as there is a vacancy they will give me an offer and asked me to wait until then. My tech stack is. java backend . Yoe - 2years. What should i do ? I want to join Nagarro, I resigned based on my Nagarro interview result also I hated TCS, hoping HR would call me in week . Pls guide me ? Why do these companies keep interviews when they don’t have vacancy?
What is the hiring process of persistent systems? I am done with one technical round and got an email with subject line as 'feedback' but in mail it is written that they will get in touch with me. What does that mean? Will there be more technical round or managerial round?

Ok be honest, candidates. I really love this set of questions, I’ve been considering shifting my current interview style to these questions - I think they really give you an idea of who this person would be within the work setting. But the questions almost feel too deep for a recruiter to ask. What would you think if a recruiter took a different path and asked these questions instead of the usual ones?

Hey fishes
I have received two mails from Tiger Analytics one is a case study and
other sql assessment
In case study it is mentioned to
submit within 3 days but for sql
assessment nothing is mentioned
Anyone have idea for it's timelines
Also it would be really helpful if any
experience is shared regarding what
kind of questions are expected for
this assessment.

Got messaged by a C3 . ai recruiter. Read that wlb is bad and that the interview process is absurdly long, but the Glassdoor reviews are 4.2 and can't find actual hours worked posted by anyone. How's the culture really? I'd be aiming for DS consulting, something more functional but with DS/ML concepts as my differentiator.

If you are interviewing for a position where you know databricks will be used then those details would make you stand out and be more valuable. But for a generic resume I would keep it more concept focused instead of tool focused
Fortunately the skills required to be good with Databricks are general. I recommend focusing on outcomes you delivered over tools. When showcasing tools, mention Databricks, but focus more on concepts or open source components like Spark or Delta Lake storage layer, incremental event-driven processing / structured streaming, etc..
Diversify yourself. Your strategy is fine, but make sure to keep up your skills outside of Databricks (AWS/Azure/GCP, new ML techniques, etc.)
