How about purposeful work plus reduction of current pay by 30%
Prestige comes with pay so I’d say prestige😂
I'm all about loyalty. In fact, I feel like part of what I'm paid for is my loyalty. But if there were somewhere else that valued loyalty more highly, I'm going wherever they value loyalty the most.
Flexibility, work-life balance, meaningful work that makes a difference in people's lives.
I would take half my pay just to get excited about coming to work.

Respect and and being valued. Everything else falls into place when these two are there.
Family
Pay! I get jealous seeing friends who own used car dealerships and car washes and make several times more than me.
A really great coffee machine in the break room. I mean, a solid cup o’ Jo makes my day! Oh, I also value my clients and them placing trust in me and my colleagues. But I do like that coffee as well...it’s a toss up.
Happiness. It's the root of everything. What's money prestige and balance good for if you aren't happy.
Work life balance and interesting work. It sucks sometimes because I’m underpaid (80k with 2.5 years of experience) but with public sector, my hours are great
I guess my well being both mental as well as physical. Health is indeed wealth!!!
I think it's always been a combination of $$, flexibility/ability to travel, responsibility, making a difference. Over the years one will become top and they flip as I go.
Right now it's $$$ and flexibility.
Just one big payout to enjoy Mojitos on my private island! 🤷🏽♂️
Cash and people. I’m willing to sacrifice a bit of TC for working with the right people. I don’t care about prestige at all.
Me too M3.. my super power is building and leading teams.. I’d give up some of the dough to crush with right people (in fact that’s exactly what I did recently). I don’t care much at all about prestige and frankly.. don’t want money if I have swim with sharks to get it.
Legacy. When you reach the end of your life, at your funeral, no one is going to say what your title was or how much money you made. They will talk about what type of impact you had on them and others.
