C at Deloitte = Analyst at EY
SC at Deloitte = Partner at EY
Reason being, EY doesn't have any levels between Analyst and Partner. You just trudge along as an Analyst for a couple dozen years when out of the blue you get a call to sign some paperwork and pick up the keys to your company Rolls Royce.
C at Deloitte> SC at EY
SC at Deloitte> M at EY

Woah, TIL. Didn’t know that

Senior. Deloitte has an extra level below Manager compared to the other B4, but C and SC map to S at the others.
There is a bit of overlap between the top of SC and the S/M levels, but the above is the general crosswalk. There are specific responsibilities at the M level at all of B4 that are not part of the Deloitte SC job description.

Agreed here. Experienced SCs are Deloitte are definitely like managers here at EY but that doesn’t mean they officially have manager responsibilities like they would at EY.
