What does an annual performance bonus look like for a consultant/associate and senior consultant/associate?

1 yoe as a business intelligence
developer and just under 1 yoe as a
Junior data engineer for a startup.
My current company is in talks with
me to hire me as a data engineer
right after I graduate with my
bachelors degree. From what I've
seen online (averaging 5 different
sites, I am including Glassdoor but
only the number they have listed as
the base) I'm currently expecting
about 85k base. Does this seem too
high? Just looking for some opinions
before I go in for my interview.

PLEASE HELP! I’m a first year commercial litigation associate at a boutique firm. I am deciding between two offers. One is to go in-house paying roughly the same as I make now. The second offer is from big law as a commercial real estate associate, paying double.

I would love to go in-house and never worry about billable hours again but the big law money is super tempting. Advice?? Is the money really worth it?

Edward Jones advisor with 30 million AUM and roughly 250k gross production. Been there for almost 4 years. Got an offer at Merrill Lynch to take over a 100 million dollar retirement transition plan in 5 years, or to join a 5 person Merrill Lynch team that manages a lot.

Pros to EJ: Have my own office, a year or two away from partnership, great office setting and client satisfaction.

Pros to Merrill: Bump in compensation, additional tools and services w banking, ability to take over assets.

Hi all , I am in bit of confusion myself . I have got 2 job offer. Company A - x +( 50k var) lpa and company B -( x+1lac) fixed.
I really like company A and want to re-nogotiate with company A to match up with company B.
Now I fear that If i try to re negotiate with company A , are they going to withdraw their offer (have already accepted their offer).

I have an offer from EY. They rejected my counter offer for a higher salary but accepted my counteroffer for a higher sign on bonus. They gave me a few more days to think about the new offer.
